    Well. Ash's biggest asset seems to be Goomy due to resistance to Electric type moves. Hawlucha because we've seen Clemont is goint to use Bunnelby. Pikachu. Every time Pikachu participates in electric type gyms.

    I think he'll be able to provide a great counter to Ash's strategies. According to recent scans, Clemont will give Ash one hell of a challenge.

    Also, the Gym Battle will happen in XY067. That's 7 episodes from now (or technically 6, since XY061 is about to air).

    Virgo It will be a Goodra by then. Now I'm expecting a Pikachu, Hawlucha and Goodra (Pikaluchra) battle xD

    It seems to be quite a tough battle by the looks of it. And the gap between the Courmarine and the Lumiose Battles was just 9 episodes. So it does seem like Ash would complete 7 gyms by the end of this year.

    Yes. So it is Goodra, Hawlucha and Pikachu vs Bunnelby, Heliolisk and Luxio/Luxray.
