NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Serena is cute just the way she is. Why did she had to cut short her hairs? That was the best thing about her.

Exactly! She looks so cute when she hides her face in her hairs. Goddamit! Why did they have to cut it short!

Truth be told, I like Serena the way she is. But if the writers have decided that she indeed cuts her hair, it's another indication that they want the chracters to grow. In 17 years, Ash's hair has stayed exactly the same...

Now that I think of it, Serena's haircut may not be all that bad. It may be done to make her look a lot like Grace. Because Grace has short hair too. And just compare the hairstyles of the two?

And also like RobSp1derP1g said, maybe they want to make them grow, or just showcase the customization feature. Anyway, as long as they pull it off well, I don't really mind. Although I maintain that it was still unnecessary.

Haha just kiddin. Like what pokesrini said, I really don't mind the character redesign as long as it doesn't make her look less pretty. Hmm... Looks like it's possibility of happening is after her first Tripokalon competition. Ah well.

To me, a redesign seems unnecessary right now, and such a drastic one seems downright pointless. I just hope she doesn't look worse after this, though I'm not too sure anymore :/

So it is pretty much confirmed, and the hat looks just like the hat in the leak.

Hopefully it's just the look she is going to get in her tripokalon and it's not a hair cut. D:

Sadly, I don't think if a ponytail will be possible, unless it's thin enough to hind behind her neck.

I prefer the original Serena! Her hairs were literally the best part about her for me! I don't want to se her redesigned. I just don't want to!

Why's everyone cutting their hair? First Sakura, then Korra, and now Serena!

The picture was from one of the advertisements for the release (probably itunes release) of the DreamDream single. So I think that's what the Japanese thing says.

The redesign, frankly isn't too bad if you look at it. there are people who drew it out on Serena, and frankly it looks okay. I still hope it is temporary, but it isn't bad.

btw, the new opening theme will be called Getter Banban (Mad-Paced *Getter*). it will premiere from the new year onwards. It is going to be an upbeat and positive song. That's a welcome change. Volt..frankly was a bit..serious.

I'm actually not sure that she'll get the haircut. I mean, the tretta thing isn't Anime related is it? And There's no guarantee that it'll be the same in the anime? ...perhaps I am in denial...

Although, the new haircut will make Serena look more like my girlfriend...

I think Serena's new hairstyle will draw parallels to her hairstyle when she was a child. Remember that she had short, shoulder length hair back then? Now think of it and tell me..isn't that good for Amour?

I think that Serena will be occasionally changing her design from here on out. Her hair really isn't that short it seems, it's probably about mid length, so she may still be able to do stuff with it. It also looks like she may still be girly as I think her stance shows that off really well like she's showing off and Serena is a fashionable girl so I can see her changing her design occasionally.

Really? Yeah it did seem like we were seeing just the bangs of her hair. Thank Goodness there is more! Honestly if that is the case, then a haircut isn't bad at all! And honestly, I hope they change Ash's costume once in a way too. I loved my Pkmn X character's white folded sleeve shirt. Matches my style perfectly :p
